Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ValQ (the Telegram bot, web app, or mobile app), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What ValQ is

ValQ is a research and analysis tool that uses AI and quantum computing algorithms to generate valuation estimates for publicly traded companies, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies. These estimates are:

• Based on publicly available financial data
• Produced by probabilistic models (QAOA) that produce ranges, not guarantees
• For educational and research purposes only
• Not personalised financial advice
• Not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security

3. What ValQ is not

ValQ is not:

• A licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment manager
• A regulated financial service in any jurisdiction
• A guarantee of future performance or accuracy
• A substitute for professional financial advice

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Pro at $19/mo, Fund at $49/mo) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via Telegram.

Quantum experimental tiers (Pro Quantum, Fund Quantum) are labelled as experimental. Performance, availability, and queue times depend on third-party quantum hardware providers and may vary.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the valuation models or scrape outputs at scale
• Share account credentials or plan access with others
• Use ValQ to manipulate markets or spread misinformation
• Use the service in ways that damage its availability for other users
• Resell or redistribute ValQ outputs without written permission

6. Accuracy and limitations

ValQ publishes a weekly accuracy report showing the direction accuracy and range hit rate of past valuations. This is provided for transparency, not as a guarantee of future performance.

Financial data is sourced from Financial Modeling Prep and Yahoo Finance. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. ValQ makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of underlying financial data.

Quantum computation results depend on the current state of quantum hardware (noise, decoherence, queue conditions) and may differ from classical simulation results.

7. Intellectual property

The ValQ brand, logo, ValQ Green Score™, and all software are owned by their respective creators. You may share individual valuation results with appropriate attribution ("Powered by ValQ") for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValQ and its operators are not liable for any investment losses, trading decisions, or financial damages arising from use of the service. You use ValQ at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by messaging @ValQ_Official_Bot.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

11. Changes

We'll notify users via Telegram of material changes to these Terms with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect.
